Ordering and acceptance

An order is placed when your payment is confirmed and you see the order confirmation.

We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a calendar cannot be supplied or a price shown was a clear mistake.

Prices

All prices are in Indian rupees (₹). The amount you pay is the one shown at checkout, including any shipping charge.

Preorders

Preorder calendars are sent once they are ready.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

An order is confirmed only when the payment is confirmed.

Shipping and delivery

We deliver across India only. Dispatch times and charges are on the Shipping & returns page.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather or other events outside our control.

Intellectual property

The calendar designs, photos, logo and text on this website belong to The Big Dream Calendar or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
