Who we are

The Big Dream Calendar runs this website and decides how your personal information is used.

What we collect

We collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and the details of your orders.

If you log in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We never see your Google password.

We never collect or store your card or bank details. Payments are handled by Razorpay.

Why we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send your login code on WhatsApp, take payments and issue refunds, and help you when you contact us.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run the shop: Razorpay (payments), AiSensy and WhatsApp (login codes and order messages), Google (sign-in, if you choose it), Amazon Web Services (storing images and files), MongoDB Atlas (our database) and our courier partners (delivery).

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies, such as the one that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your order records for as long as the law requires us to keep accounting and tax records. We keep your account details for as long as your account is active.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it erased, unless the law requires us to keep it.

To make a request, write to us and we will reply within a reasonable time.
