When you can get your money back, and how it reaches you.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched, and you will get a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

We refund or replace a calendar only if it arrives damaged, is not the one you ordered, or is misprinted.

You must report it within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the calendar and its packaging.

We do not refund for a change of mind.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

They reach you within 5-7 working days after we approve the refund. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
